I was really pretty bad over the weekend. One: I didn't blog anything and Two: I ate everything. Saturday I made gougères and shrimp with garlic alioli sauce for dinner. The shrimp wasn't bad, dietwise, the gougères? Yeah, not so much. But delicious none-the-less.
My goal, after all the eating I did on Friday and then again on Saturday, was to count the weekend (Friday and Saturday) as free days.
Today I'm back on track -- pretty much.
No breakfast - I know: bad!
Lunch: tomato soup and salad with steak
Snack: banana, orange and apple
I went to the gym!!! Yeah me!
Dinner: hmmmm, yeah, not so good: Mozzarella and tomatoes, French onion soup, 2 of the left over gougères.
